Additionally, GHH can help prepare budgets, operating projections, technical schedules and marketing plans, and can assist in specifications and communications regarding franchise options and hotel operating equipment. GHH staff can recruit and train on-site staff to open and operate the hotel or resort, as well as working with owners to arrange and promote inaugural ceremonies and public relations for hotel openings. We also coordinate available resources from GHH’s national sales force to facilitate the hotel’s pre-opening sales efforts, maximizing ROI from day one.
